Full Client Ownership: All business data, customer information, files, records, communications, or other content that clients upload or generate while using Boscle Services belongs to the client.

Boscle as Processor: Boscle acts solely as a service provider and custodian of this data, with no ownership or rights over it.

No Sale/Misuse: Boscle will never sell, trade, or repurpose client data for advertising, profiling, or unrelated analytics.

Data Portability: Clients may request an export of their data in a commonly used, machine-readable format at any time.

Termination Handling: On account closure, client data will be retained for [30] days for recovery if requested, and then permanently deleted unless longer retention is required by law.

How we use cookies
